隱私權政策

ScholarNotes 是一款用於記錄論文（Paper）與卡片筆記（Cards：重點、引用、想法、下一步等）的工具。 我們重視你的隱私。本政策說明 ScholarNotes 可能涉及的資料類型與一般處理原則。 若你的實際版本功能（例如是否提供同步、分析工具）與本政策不同，請以你實際上線版本的行為與文字為準並做相應調整。

1. 我們收集哪些資料？

（1）你主動提供的內容

  • 你建立的 Paper 與 Cards 內容（例如摘要、引用、想法、下一步）。
  • 你輸入的標籤（Tags）、分類與搜尋用關鍵字。
  • 你與支援聯繫時提供的資訊（例如 email、問題描述、截圖）。

（2）裝置資訊與診斷資料（若你啟用或系統提供）

  • 為改善穩定性可能使用的當機紀錄、錯誤日誌（通常不包含你的筆記內容）。
  • 若你的版本加入分析（analytics），可能記錄匿名或彙總的使用事件（例如功能點擊次數）。

2. 資料如何被使用？

  • 提供核心功能：建立/編輯/搜尋你的 Paper 與 Cards。
  • 改善產品：除錯、效能與穩定性提升。
  • 支援服務：回覆你的問題與處理 bug 回報。

3. 資料儲存與同步

  • 一般情況下，筆記內容會儲存在你的裝置上。
  • 若你的版本提供同步功能（例如 iCloud），資料會依你啟用的同步服務機制進行存放與同步。

4. 資料分享

我們不販售你的資料。除非為提供你明確要求的功能或符合法律義務，原則上不會與第三方分享你的筆記內容。 若你主動把內容匯出/分享，則由你自行決定分享對象與方式。

5. 資料保留與刪除

  • 你可在 app 內刪除 Paper / Cards；刪除後通常無法復原。
  • 若你使用同步服務，可能需要同時在同步端（例如 iCloud）移除相關資料。

6. 安全性

我們會以合理的技術與流程保護資料，但任何系統皆無法保證 100% 安全。 建議你保護裝置解鎖方式並定期更新系統。

7. 兒童隱私

ScholarNotes 主要設計給研究/學習使用者，並非以 13 歲以下兒童為主要對象。

8. 政策更新

我們可能更新本政策。更新後會在此頁面公告新版本與生效日期。

Privacy Policy

ScholarNotes is a research note app built around Paper × Card (key points, quotes, ideas, next steps). We respect your privacy. This policy describes common data types and handling principles that may apply. If your shipped version behaves differently (e.g., sync/analytics availability), please adjust this policy to match actual functionality.

1. What data do we collect?

(1) Content you provide

  • Your Papers and Cards (summaries, quotes, ideas, next steps).
  • Tags and organization metadata you create.
  • Information you send to support (email, bug details, screenshots).

(2) Device/diagnostic data (if enabled or available)

  • Crash logs and error diagnostics used to improve stability (typically not your note content).
  • If analytics is included, anonymous/aggregated usage events (e.g., feature usage counts).

2. How do we use data?

  • Provide core features: create/edit/search your Papers and Cards.
  • Improve the product: debugging, performance, and reliability.
  • Support: respond to inquiries and investigate bug reports.

3. Storage and sync

  • In general, your notes are stored on your device.
  • If your version offers optional sync (e.g., iCloud), data is stored/synced according to the enabled service’s mechanisms.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not share your note content with third parties unless required to provide a feature you request or to comply with legal obligations. If you export/share content, you control the recipient and method.

5. Retention and deletion

  • You can delete Papers/Cards in the app; deletion is typically irreversible.
  • If you use a sync service, you may need to remove synced data there as well (e.g., iCloud).

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect data, but no system can guarantee 100% security. Please secure your device and keep your OS updated.

7. Children’s privacy

ScholarNotes is intended for research/study users and is not primarily designed for children under 13.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
