常見問題（FAQ）
1) 我怎麼快速開始？
- 先建立一個 Paper（一篇論文一個）。
- 閱讀時隨手新增 Cards：Key point / Quote / Idea / Next step。
- 用 Tags 串方法、資料、研究問題，之後搜尋會超快。
2) 搜尋找不到我的卡片？
- 確認關鍵字是否在 Card 內容或 Tags 中。
- 試試更短的字、或改用英文/縮寫。
- 若你有多裝置（或同步功能），確認資料是否已同步完成。
3) 我想匯出或備份
不同版本可能支援不同匯出方式。若你需要特定格式（例如 Markdown/CSV/PDF）， 請來信說明你的使用情境與目標格式，我們會評估支援方式。
回報問題（Bug Report）
為了讓我們更快定位問題，請在信中附上：
- 你遇到的行為與你期待的行為（越具體越好）
- 重現步驟（Step 1, 2, 3…）
- 裝置型號、iOS 版本、ScholarNotes 版本（若可取得）
- 截圖或短影片（若方便）
功能建議（Feature Request）
請描述：
- 你想解決的痛點（用一句話也行）
- 你理想的操作流程
- 你是否需要跨裝置/同步/匯出等搭配

Quick FAQ
1) How do I get started?
- Create a Paper (one per article).
- Add Cards while reading: key point / quote / idea / next step.
- Use Tags to connect methods, datasets, and questions for fast recall later.
2) Search can’t find my card
- Check if the keyword appears in Card text or Tags.
- Try shorter terms, abbreviations, or alternate phrasing.
- If you use multiple devices (or sync), confirm data has finished syncing.
3) Export / backup
Export options may vary by version. If you need a specific format (Markdown/CSV/PDF), email us with your use case and target format, and we’ll evaluate support options.
Bug reports
To help us reproduce the issue, please include:
- What happened vs. what you expected
- Steps to reproduce (Step 1, 2, 3…)
- Device model, iOS version, ScholarNotes version (if available)
- Screenshots or a short screen recording (if possible)
Feature requests
Please describe:
- The problem you want to solve
- Your ideal workflow
- Whether you need cross-device sync/export integration
